Terms of Service — Daan's Drinks

1. Who we are
This website (www.daansdrinks.com) is operated by Daan's Drinks B.V., Vismarkt 2, 3511 KR Utrecht, The Netherlands (KVK 95649735, VAT NL867222621B01). In these terms, "we", "us" and "our" refer to Daan's Drinks B.V.

2. Scope
These terms apply to every visit to our website and every order placed through it, including Click & Collect orders and bookings for tastings and workshops. By placing an order you agree to these terms, together with our Shipping Policy, Refund Policy and Privacy Policy.

3. Age requirement (18+)
We sell alcoholic beverages only to people aged 18 or older. By placing an order you confirm you are at least 18 and of legal drinking age in your country of delivery. Our carrier will check ID on delivery, and we check ID on collection in Utrecht. If no one aged 18+ can show valid ID, the order will not be handed over. We may cancel any order where we suspect the buyer or recipient is under 18.

4. Products and prices
We describe and photograph our products as accurately as we can, but labels, vintages and packaging can change. All prices are in euros and include Dutch VAT (BTW). Shipping costs are shown at checkout. We may correct obvious pricing or listing errors, and we will contact you before charging a different price.

5. Orders and contract
After you order you will receive an order confirmation by email. The contract is formed once we have confirmed your order. We may refuse or cancel an order, for example if a product is out of stock, the delivery address is outside our shipping area, or we suspect fraud. If we cancel, we refund any payment in full. Some products are limited to a maximum quantity per customer.

6. Payment
Payment is made at checkout using the payment methods shown there. Products remain our property until full payment has been received.

7. Delivery and Click & Collect
Delivery areas, rates and delivery times are set out in our Shipping Policy. Delivery times are estimates. For Click & Collect, we will email you when your order is ready to collect from our shop at Vismarkt 2, Utrecht.

8. Right of withdrawal and returns
If you are a consumer in the EU, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal for online orders, subject to the exceptions and conditions in our Refund Policy (for example, opened or unsealed bottles are excluded). In-store purchases are final.

9. Pre-orders
Pre-orders are covered by our cancellation policy for pre-orders, shown at checkout.

10. Tastings, workshops and events
Event tickets are for guests aged 18+. Specific conditions for an event (such as date changes or cancellations) are shown at booking. Please drink responsibly — we may refuse service to anyone who appears intoxicated.

11. Complaints
If something is wrong with your order, contact us at daan@daansdrinks.com as described in our Refund Policy. We aim to respond within a few business days. Your statutory rights as a consumer are not affected by these terms.

12. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the value of the order concerned. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Dutch law.

13. Website content
All text, photos and designs on this website belong to Daan's Drinks or its licensors and may not be reused without permission.

14. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page at the time of your order applies.

15. Governing law
These terms are governed by Dutch law. If you are a consumer living in another EU country, you also keep the protection of the mandatory consumer laws of that country.
