Shipping Policy — Daan's Drinks

General All orders are shipped from our store at Vismarkt 2, 3511KR Utrecht, Netherlands. We ship alcoholic beverages in compliance with applicable local regulations. By placing an order, you confirm you are of legal drinking age in your country of residence.
Processing Time Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the next business day.
Shipping costs European Union (Max 10 bottles per order): For outside NL: In case your order is more than 10 bottles the shipping costs will be reviewed before we confirm your order. We will contact you by email to inform you regarding the shipping costs (because the increase varies by country).
Worldwide shipping: For international shipping to other markets please contact us through the Chat bot on our website or via email on our contact page.

Click & Collect — Utrecht Prefer to pick up your order in person? You're welcome to collect your order at our store at Vismarkt 2, 3511KR Utrecht. Select Click & Collect at checkout. We'll notify you by email when your order is ready.
Packaging All bottles are carefully packed to prevent breakage during transit. Gift orders receive extra care and protective packaging.
Tracking You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link once your order has been dispatched.
Delays Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, public holidays, or high-demand periods. We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party carriers.
Damaged or Lost Orders Daan's Drinks is not liable for orders that are damaged or lost during transit. Once your order has been handed over to the carrier, responsibility for the shipment transfers to the carrier. If you experience issues with your delivery, we recommend contacting the carrier directly with your tracking number. Age Verification Delivery of alcoholic beverages requires a signature from someone of legal drinking age. The carrier may request proof of age upon delivery.
