Munemasa Mugi Shochu is a refined barley shochu crafted by Munemasa Shuzō in Saga Prefecture, Kyushu — a region renowned for clean, elegant shochu styles. Distilled at low temperature to preserve soft aromatics, it offers gentle notes of toasted barley, vanilla, light nuttiness and subtle sweetness, finishing clean, smooth and dry. Its simplicity and purity make it a beautifully approachable expression of mugi shochu.
