His deep ties to Utrecht and commitment to supporting independent producers make him a trusted guide for anyone exploring spirits, wines, or craft drinks.
Simon Blezard, is a digital and hospitality consultant and entrepreneur with over 20 years experience in brand and bar development. He has advised many international spirits brands on market growth strategies and brings refined taste and global insight, helping businesses craft elevated drink experiences—from cocktail menus to curated gifting collections — as well as encouraging customers to try a new tipple.
