Brasserie de la Mule brews in Schaerbeek, Brussels, in a 19th-century building that once stabled the horses of the city's first trams. Founder and head brewer Joel Galy brewed his first batch in March 2021.
In a country of strong ales, La Mule focuses on German-style lagers, with decoction mashing and around eight weeks of cold lagering, and all its beers are organic. We stock the Lager, the Kölsch Style, the Schwarzbier and the Straight Saison.
