Eimverk (Flóki)

Eimverk is a family distillery just outside Reykjavík, started around 2009 by the Þorkelsson brothers, Haraldur and Egill, with other family members. Its whisky, Flóki, is made from 100% Icelandic barley. The whisky is named after Hrafna-Flóki, the first Norseman to sail to Iceland on purpose. Some of the malt is smoked with sheep dung, an old Icelandic way of smoking food.

We stock the Flóki Single Malt 3 Year, the Flóki Sheep Dung Smoked Reserve and VOR Icelandic Gin, made only with botanicals that grew in Iceland a century ago, such as kale, rhubarb, kelp and Iceland moss.
