Elegast Cider

Elegast is a cidery in Hilversum that makes traditional cider from apples grown in Dutch orchards. Its natural ciders are made from pure juice, fermented slowly through the winter, with no added sulphites, and are vegan and gluten-free.

Elegast also likes lesser-known fruit. We stock the Organic Farmhouse Saison Cider, the Perry made from pears, and the Quince Cider, both in 33cl and 75cl.
