Four Pillars Gin

Four Pillars makes gin in Healesville, in Victoria's Yarra Valley, about an hour from Melbourne. It was founded by Cameron Mackenzie, Stuart Gregor and Matt Jones.

The house style starts with Rare Dry Gin. The cult favourite is Bloody Shiraz Gin: whole Shiraz grapes steeped in high-strength gin for eight weeks, then pressed, at 43.8%.

We also stock the Olive Leaf Gin, the Fresh Yuzu Gin and the Spiced Negroni Gin.
