Heaven Hill (Elijah Craig)

Heaven Hill is a private, family-owned American distiller founded in 1935 in Bardstown, Kentucky, shortly after Prohibition ended. The Shapira family bought out the other early investors, and their descendants still own and run the company. Since 1999 it has distilled at the Bernheim distillery in Louisville, while ageing and bottling still happen in Bardstown.
