Collection: Jean Fillioux

Jean Fillioux is a small family house at the La Pouyade estate in Juillac-le-Coq, right in the Grande Champagne, Cognac's most prized cru. Honoré Fillioux started making cognac in 1880; today Christophe Fillioux runs the house from 22 hectares of his own vines.

Fillioux distils on the lees and cuts the heart of the spirit early, which gives intense, floral cognacs that age beautifully in lightly toasted Limousin oak. Le Coq is the young, lively entry point, the Napoléon adds roundness and dried fruit, and the Réserve Familiale is a very old blend from the family's own stocks.

We also carry rare bottlings such as a 1994 single cask and the Moulin Rouge XO Extra, both pure Grande Champagne.
