Spirited Union Distillery

Spirited Union opened its distillery in Amsterdam, close to Centraal Station, in 2019. It calls itself the first rum distillery in the Netherlands focused on botanically infused rum, and head distiller Marjolein Pot brings a background in gin.

The range includes the aged XO Colombia, XO Panama and the XO Anniversary 10 Year, plus a Coconut Rum and a Honey Rum Liqueur. Spirited Union also makes Pombay, a vodka distilled from African sugar cane.
