Us Heit (Frysk Hynder)

Us Heit is the Frisian brewery of Aart van der Linde, housed in a former dairy school in Bolsward. He adapted his brewing equipment to make whisky too, and the result, Frysk Hynder, is known as the first single malt whisky made in the Netherlands. It has been on sale since the mid-2000s and is still made in small quantities.
