W.D. O'Connell

W.D. O'Connell is an independent Irish whiskey bottler founded in 2019 by Daithí O'Connell in County Waterford. It selects casks from various Irish distilleries and bottles each one when it judges the whiskey at its best, without colouring or chill filtration.

We stock Bill Phil, a peated Irish single malt named after the founder's great-grandfather, Union Road, a 5-year-old whiskey matured in four cask types, and the Tomásín ruby port single cask.
