Redbreast's Iberian Series celebrates Gilbey's storied history of importing fortified wines and sherry since the late 1800s — with a series of releases sourced from across the Iberian peninsula. Master Blender David McCabe has travelled to the sun-drenched quintas of Portugal and the sun-kissed bodegas of Spain to explore and expand the sherried flavours of Redbreast.

The Moscatel Wine Cask Edition is finished in casks that previously held Moscatel — the luscious, aromatic fortified wine of Portugal — bringing a rich Mediterranean expression to Redbreast's signature Irish single pot still character. The result is a whiskey of extraordinary depth: the classic Redbreast spice and dried fruit complexity, elevated by the honeyed sweetness and floral aromatics of Moscatel.

Bottled at 46% ABV (92 proof), non-chill filtered to preserve every drop of flavour.

Tasting notes: Deep amber with golden hues. Nose: rich and aromatic — honeyed Moscatel grape, dried apricot, orange blossom, and warm spice. Palate: full and rounded, with classic Redbreast pot still spice, dried fruit, toasted oak, and a luscious Moscatel sweetness. Finish: long, warming, and elegantly fruity.
