Saint James has been producing rhum agricole in Martinique since 1765, making it one of the oldest rum houses in the Caribbean. The 7 Ans (7 Years) is their Très Vieux Rhum Agricole — a designation reserved for agricole rums aged at least six years under the strict Martinique AOC (Appellation d'Origine Contrôlée), the only rum appellation in the world.

Made exclusively from pure fresh sugarcane juice (not molasses), distilled in column stills, and aged for seven years in oak barrels in Saint James's own chais (warehouses) in Martinique. The result is a beautifully complex, elegant sipping rum with the characteristic freshness of agricole balanced by years of oak influence.

Tasting notes: The aroma features soft spices of cinnamon with vanilla, dried fruit, and candied fruit. The taste is typical of Saint James, with roasted nuts and a hint of mocha. Long, warm finish.
