Aged 15 years, this Highland Single Malt is the definitive expression of The Dalmore’s mastery of wood management. Initially matured for 12 years in American white oak ex-bourbon barrels, the spirit is then split and finished for 3 years across an ensemble of three different sherry casks: Matusalem Oloroso, Apostoles, and Amoroso.

Each hand-selected sherry cask gifts the Dalmore 15 with its own individual characteristics and flavours, complementing the base notes of soft vanilla and honey from the American white oak.

Tasting Notes

Aroma: Orange marmalade, cinnamon, and nutmeg

Palate: Mandarin, vanilla, ginger, and crushed apples

Finish: Caramelised orange and rich dark chocolate
