Fresh. Bright. Punchy. In the late 1800s, American engineer Jennings Cox was in Daiquiri, Cuba, overseeing mining operations. Running low on gin one hot day, he mixed local rum with lime juice and sugar to create a refreshing drink. That blend became the Daiquiri cocktail.

Over the years, frozen and flavoured variations have emerged — but the simplicity of the classic is a celebration of balance and nuance that puts it on a completely different level. Whitebox serve it “straight up” — well chilled, without ice — so every element of the Rum, Lime, and Sugar balance comes through clean and bright.
