Made by Badel 1862, one of Croatia's most storied distilleries, Pelinkovac Gorki is produced using the traditional process of maceration of carefully selected herbs, among which wormwood dominates — known since ancient times for its medicinal properties. Without the addition of artificial aromas, it remains loyal to a secret recipe and a carefully selected blend of herbs, crowned with wormwood. The result is a unique and unrepeatable herbal taste and smell: mystical dark colour, a suggestive and seductive aroma, and a drop of unique, sweet bitterness mixed with true natural goodness.

Tasting notes: Deep, dark mahogany colour. The nose is intensely herbal — wormwood, dried botanicals, and a hint of sweetness. On the palate: bittersweet, complex herbal character with a warming finish. A true digestif.
