Strathmill Distillery started life as a porridge oats mill — which makes Goldilocks a highly sought-after appearance on a TBWC label. This seventh batch is a 22 year old single malt, distilled in September 1996 and matured in a single butt until bottling. A release of just 683 bottles, presented at natural cask strength of 49.6% ABV without chill-filtration.

The nose is one of summer flowers, sweet caramel, and a hint of Arabica coffee. Expect malty and ripe notes of waxy pear and cooked, tender red meat on the palate. These flavours combine beautifully on the finish, which is long and juicy.
