Created in 1944 by legendary bartender Victor ‘Trader Vic’ Bergeron, who shared his new drink with two Tahitian friends. Their reaction? “Mai Tai – Roa Aé!” — Tahitian for “Out of this world, the best!”

Whitebox have built their version on Rum, Lime, Orange Curaçao, and Orgeat — the classic four-ingredient recipe, balanced and full strength at 23% ABV. No juice padding, no shortcuts. Pour into a rocks glass filled with crushed ice, garnish with a half lime and a sprig of mint.
