La Pasión is the fourth cuvée in the Heavenly Cask Collection, the prestige series created by Lorena Vásquez, master blender at Ron Zacapa. Built on Zacapa's signature Sistema Solera — a blend of rums aged between 6 and 23 years at altitude in the Guatemalan highlands — La Pasión takes the final step in ex-Pedro Ximénez sherry casks, adding a layer of dark fruit richness and velvety sweetness that earns its subtitle: Elegantly Complex & Sweet.

In the glass: deep mahogany with amber highlights. The nose opens with dried figs, raisins, and warm spice, followed by a palate of dark chocolate, toffee, and stone fruit. The finish is long, warming, and unmistakably luxurious.

How to enjoy

• Neat, in a tulip glass at room temperature — this rum needs no ice
• A single large ice cube if you prefer it slightly chilled
• Pairs beautifully with dark chocolate, aged cheese, or a fine cigar
