Ichiro’s Malt & Grain is an exceptional world blended whisky from Chichibu Distillery, crafted by master blender Ichiro Akuto. This unique expression combines carefully selected malt and grain whiskies from Japan, Scotland, Ireland, Canada, and the United States—each aged between 3 to 20 years—before undergoing final blending and maturation in Japan.

Non-chill filtered and bottled at around 46% ABV, it offers an elegant nose of apricot, lemon zest, vanilla cream, honey, and a hint of buttered popcorn. The palate is velvety and layered, revealing notes of toffee, caramel, roasted chestnut, gingerbread, and gentle spice, followed by a long, warming finish with black pepper and honeyed sweetness.
