Descaro Red Vermouth (Vermut Rojo) is a bold yet approachable Spanish vermouth from Valencia, produced by Bodegas Nodus. Made from 100% Bobal grapes, it’s infused with an aromatic mix of Mediterranean herbs, warm spices, and vibrant citrus—offering a modern take on a classic vermouth tradition.

On the nose, you’ll find expressive notes of clove, cardamom, and coriander, lifted by zesty orange peel and subtle earthy undertones. The palate is smooth and layered, with a well-balanced sweetness, a clean finish, and just the right hint of bitterness from hop extracts.
