The second fully organic Cuvée Armond & Gaston from Brouwerij 3 Fonteinen. Bottled on 07/02/2024, this is a traditional Oude Geuze blended from lambics of the 23|24 season — complex, naturally fermented and deeply expressive of the Pajottenland terroir.

Note: this beer is no longer being produced by the brewery, making it a collector’s item for lambic enthusiasts.

Tasting Notes

• Nose: Lemon zest, green apple, hay, earthy funk, light oak
• Palate: Vibrant acidity, stone fruit, wild yeast complexity, dry and refreshing
