Dutch Courage Old Tom’s Gin is a refined Dutch take on the historic Old Tom style—slightly sweet, barrel‑influenced and bursting with botanical depth. Distilled by Zuidam Distillers B.V. using ten carefully selected botanicals—juniper, elderflower, orris root, Moroccan coriander, angelica, sweet oranges, whole Spanish lemons, Indian licorice root and whole Madagascan vanilla beans—it offers a bold but elegant spirit. After distillation it’s lightly aged in new American oak barrels to add subtle wood character and warmth.

On the nose you’ll encounter juniper and citrus zest layered with vanilla and gentle oak spice. The palate brings soft sweetness, clove and banana‑like warmth from the vanilla and wood, then finishes with toasted oak and smooth piney juniper.
