Inquota | Mountain Single Malt

InQuota Mountain Single Malt is an alpine whisky distilled from high-altitude barley and pure Dolomite spring water. Initially aged in new oak and finished in Amarone wine casks, this Italian single malt (44.2% ABV) combines the finesse of mountain distilling with the richness of Northern Italian wine tradition.

Aromas of forest berries, cinnamon biscuits, almonds, and salted caramel evolve into notes of red fruit, gingerbread, espresso, and toasted nuts. The Amarone finish adds depth, warmth, and a festive elegance — resulting in a beautifully rounded whisky with a soft, spicy finish and a hint of alpine fruitiness.
