Ingredients

30 ml Poli Marconi 46 Gin

30 ml Cocchi Americano Vermouth

Method

Add all ingredients to a mixing glass with plenty of ice.

Stir for 15–20 seconds until well-chilled.

Strain into a chilled rocks glass over a large ice block/cube.
