Deep and Flavoursome, Straight from Co. Armagh
Inspired by the aromatic ciders of Northern France, Mac Ivors Dry Irish Cider is an elegant blend of over ten different apple varieties, pressed from family farm apples in County Armagh — Ireland's famous orchard county. Crisp Armagh Bramleys balance the fragrant flavours of traditional dessert apples and bittersweet cider apples, giving a deep, aromatic, and genuinely dry cider style.
This is a cider with real character: not the thin, fizzy sweetness of mass-produced brands, but a full-flavoured, complex drink that reflects the quality of the fruit and the craft of the people who make it. At 5.6% ABV it has enough body to stand up to food, but remains refreshingly drinkable on its own.
Tasting notes: Golden amber in colour. The nose is fragrant with fresh apple blossom and orchard fruit. On the palate: crisp, dry, and full-bodied, with layers of Bramley apple, a hint of tannin, and a clean, long finish.

- A sunny afternoon in the garden
