Markou Phenómena Savatiano is a premium single‑variety white wine made from 100% Savatiano grapes grown in the Attica region of Greece, particularly the Mesogeia zone. The grapes are hand‑picked, carefully selected, and for the barrel‑aged version fermented and rested in oak for approximately six months to build texture, complexity and aromatic depth.

On the nose you’ll find aromas of ripe peach, apricot, yellow grapefruit, sweet lemon zest, vanilla and subtle butterscotch ‑ hints of oak‑derived spice and brioche add an elevated character. The palate is full‑bodied yet fresh, with stone‑fruit richness, gentle herbal lift, balanced acidity, and a lingering finish that reveals vanilla and cedar‑wood texture.
