Distilled from malted barley in handmade copper pot stills, the spirit is matured in small virgin or first‑fill Oloroso sherry casks—often rebuilt from decades‑old Spanish vessels—to bring rich fruit, nut and oak intensity.

On the palate, expect aromas of raisins, toasted oak, honey and dark chocolate, merging smoothly into flavours of stewed fruit, spice, and a persistent sherry‑wood finish.
