Ouzo Plomari

Ouzo Plomari is a classic Greek anise‑flavoured spirit crafted on the island of Lesbos in the town of Plomari by the distillery founded in 1894. Made with locally grown aniseed, fennel, star‑anise, cinnamon, nutmeg and select herbal botanicals, it offers a smooth yet aromatic experience with deep licorice, herbal spice and salty‑sea air character. 

Traditionally served chilled or poured over ice and water until it turns milky‑white (the classic “louche” effect), Ouzo Plomari pairs beautifully with Greek meze—think grilled octopus, olives, feta and seafood. At 40% ABV it strikes a balance between bold flavour and approachable spirit‑style sipping.
