Plantation Isle of Fiji Rum is a vibrant and exotic expression crafted from Fijian sugar‑cane grown in volcanic soils and processed into molasses, then distilled locally and aged in two stages—first in tropical conditions in ex‑bourbon casks in Fiji, followed by refinement in cognac barrels in France.
This dual‑aged rum delivers tropical fruit richness—notes of banana, passionfruit, pear and pineapple—layered with vanilla, warm oak spice and subtle raisin and sultana undertones. On the palate it is round, smooth yet textured, with a rich finish of butterscotch, coconut and ginger. Bottled at 40% ABV, it brings the vibrancy of the Pacific Islands straight to your glass—a perfect choice for sipping neat or building refined cocktails.
