Rocche Costamagna’s Barolo Rocche dell’Annunziata is a distinguished wine made from 100% Nebbiolo grown in the historic Rocche dell’Annunziata cru of La Morra, Piedmont. It boasts ruby‑granate colour, and on the nose opens with elegant florals of withered rose and violet, red‑cherry and raspberry fruit, underpinned by balsamic notes of eucalyptus, resin and subtle liquorice.
On the palate you’ll find refined structure, persistent freshness, fine tannins and a long, savoury finish—with flavours of sour cherry, tar, leather and dried herbs. The wine typically ages for 24 months in Slavonian oak botti, followed by at least 12 months in bottle before release. Ideal for premium dining encounters pairing with rich game, truffle‑laden risotto, aged cheeses or slow‑braised beef, this Barolo offers both immediate charm and significant ageing potential.
