Rossi D’Angera Amandola Nebbiolo is a refined Italian grappa crafted from the vinacce of the famed Nebbiolo grape‑pomace sourced in the Barolo region of Piemonte, then distilled in the historic Angera distillery. This grappa undergoes at least 18 months of ageing in new medium‐toast Allier and Limousin oak barriques, which help to build its elegant structure and rich depth.
On the nose you’ll encounter complex aromas of sandalwood, cooked grape must, dark preserve, and subtle oriental spices paired with hints of pipe tobacco. On the palate expect a warm and smooth texture featuring dried fruit, soft spice and a whisper of pepper, all folding into a lingering, refined finish. Bottled at around 42% ABV and designed for discerning drinkers and collectors alike.
