Rowan’s Creek Bourbon is a handcrafted Kentucky straight bourbon from Willett Distilling Company (also known as KBD), named after the limestone‑fed creek that runs through the distillery grounds. The bottle is typically non‑age stated, but batches are small and highly regarded.

In the glass you’ll get a deep copper hue and aromas of caramel, burnt toffee, honey‑glazed pecans and a dash of green herbal mint. On the palate expect vanilla bean, dark chocolate, soft raisins and a warming peppery rye edge — finishing with rich oak and lingering spices. Bottled at 50.05% ABV (100.1 proof), it offers depth, character and the hallmark intensity of a well‑matured bourbon.
