Statiegeld Blik

Statiegeld Blik represents the mandatory Dutch deposit fee applied to all aluminium drink cans sold in the Netherlands. A €0.15 deposit is added to each can at checkout and is fully refundable when the empty can is returned to any approved collection point or reverse-vending machine.

This system supports national recycling efforts by encouraging the return and reuse of valuable materials. When you buy canned drinks from Daan’s Drinks, the Statiegeld charge is listed separately so you always know exactly what you will receive back upon return.
