Distillerie Nusbaumer

Distillerie Nusbaumer is an independent family distillery in Alsace, founded in 1947. It makes around fifty products, from eaux de vie to liqueurs and gin, and holds the Entreprise du Patrimoine Vivant label for French craft heritage.

At its core are clear fruit eaux de vie: Mirabelle and the aged Très Vieille Mirabelle, Vieux Kirsch Réserve from cherries, Framboise Sauvage from wild raspberries and Poire Williams.

For something different, the Gentiane liqueur is made with gentian root, with a bittersweet, herbal taste.
