Nusbaumer Framboise Sauvage is a premium eau‑de‑vie from the Elzas region of France, crafted by the independent family distillery Nusbaumer. Made from wild‑harvested raspberries that undergo a three‑week maceration before copper‑pot distillation, then rested in stainless‑steel tanks to preserve the fresh fruit character. On the nose expect intense raspberry aromas with vibrant red‑berry brightness and hints of white florals.

The palate offers pure raspberry flesh, bold fruit intensity, subtle seed bitterness and a crisp finish that highlights the wild nature of the fruit—clean, expressive and elegant. (45% ABV)
