Distilleries et Domaines de Provence

Distilleries et Domaines de Provence was founded in 1898 in Forcalquier, in the Alpes-de-Haute-Provence. It is the only one left of the ten distilleries that once worked in the town.

Its best-known spirit is Henri Bardouin pastis, a blend of 65 Provençal herbs and spices, each infused separately in alcohol before blending. We stock the classic Henri Bardouin Pastis and the Prestige.

The house also makes Absente absinthe, including Grande Absente, a Génépi from the Alps and a pear eau de vie liqueur. We also carry the matching Absente and Henri Bardouin glasses.
