Henri Bardouin Pastis is a premium French anise-based aperitif crafted in Forcalquier, Provence. Celebrated as a “Grand Cru” of pastis, it’s made from an extraordinary blend of over 65 herbs and spices, including star anise, mugwort, thyme, rosemary, grains of paradise, and lemon verbena.

Golden-hued and richly aromatic, it offers a complex nose of anise, alpine herbs, dried citrus, and subtle floral notes. The palate is smooth, evolving through layers of licorice, sweet spice, mint, and earthy botanicals, finishing long and harmoniously balanced. When diluted with chilled water, it transforms into a cloudy louche with silky texture and vibrant herbal clarity.
