Roze Bunker

Roze Bunker is a Dutch soft-drink maker that wants to change the industry "from the soil to the glass". The team, who call themselves the Fruitslagers, grow, prune and look after local crops, harvest forgotten species and use leftover produce, with the aim of planting biodiversity and shortening the food chain.

Their drinks are concentrated syrups and cordials made from fruit and herbs, to mix with water, soda or a spirit. We stock Skinny Verbena, Dhr. Peer, Smoked Lime, Estragon Sour, Dorstige Tulp, Bitter Bloed, Foraged Tonic, Kill Kola, Wilde IJsthee and Citrus Movement, plus three alcohol-free spirit alternatives: Salt Marsh Peat, Woody Reed Lands and Mineral Pine Forest.
