Bitter Bloed is a spirited and sustainable orange syrup crafted by Roze Bunker (Fruitslagers) in the Netherlands. Made with organic blood oranges and grapefruits, infused with native bitters and finished with a touch of charred oak, it offers a refreshingly bitter twist on traditional lemonade.

The flavor profile is crisp, bright, and layered—with a deep citrus base accented by herbal complexity and a subtle smoky finish. It brings to mind an alcohol-free vermouth, reimagined as a versatile soda syrup.
