St. Lucia Distillers

St. Lucia Distillers was formed in 1972, when the island's last two sugar estates merged their distilling. Saint Lucia once had 75. The distillery sits in the Roseau valley.

It runs four very different stills: two John Dore pot stills, a Vendome hybrid and a Coffey column. Blending their rums gives the house its range of styles. Its flagship, Chairman's Reserve, was first blended in 1999.

We stock Chairman's Reserve 1931 and the 2009 Vintage, plus the Admiral Rodney series: HMS Formidable, Royal Oak and Princessa.
