Chairman’s Reserve 2009 Vintage Rum

Chairman’s Reserve 2009 Vintage Rum is a limited-edition, expertly crafted spirit that showcases the depth of Saint Lucia Distillers’ expertise. Made entirely from molasses, it combines distillates from pot stills (John Dore II and Vendome) and a Coffey column still. The rums are aged independently for 11 years in ex-bourbon barrels before being blended and returned to oak for further maturation, culminating in a robust and balanced expression bottled at 46% ABV.

Nose: rich layers of honeyed raisins, toffee, banana, vanilla, tobacco, and leather.
Palate: a concentrated explosion of candied tropical fruits, pineapple, dark chocolate, cinnamon, and buttered toast, underpinned by oak spice, tobacco, and a smooth, complex finish. This expression is both intense and elegant—perfect for sipping neat or as the soul of a refined rum cocktail.
