Order online and choose home delivery: across the Netherlands (usually within 1–2 business days), to almost every EU country, and to Hong Kong, Japan, South Korea, Malaysia, Singapore, Taiwan and Thailand. Daan van den Berg brings over a decade of experience in premium beverage curation and entrepreneurship. Passionate about flavour, heritage, and storytelling, Daan has built the shop as a space for discovery—where each bottle is carefully chosen for quality, authenticity, and character. His deep ties to Utrecht and commitment to supporting independent producers make him a trusted guide for anyone exploring spirits, sake, or craft drinks.
Simon Blezard, is a digital and hospitality consultant and entrepreneur with over 20 years experience in brand and bar development. He has advised many international spirits brands on market growth strategies and brings refined taste and global insight, helping businesses craft elevated drink experiences—from cocktail menus to curated gifting collections — as well as encouraging customers to try a new tipple.
Together, Daan and Simon combine local passion with international expertise to deliver personalised consultancy and inspiring beverage selection.
