Refund Policy — Daan's Drinks
Shipping & Delivery In addition to our Click & Collect service at our Utrecht store (Vismarkt 2, 3511KR), we offer home delivery across the Netherlands and to Belgium, Germany, Austria, Luxembourg, France, Italy, Spain, Denmark, Finland, Croatia, Czech Republic, Poland, Slovenia, Greece, Hungary, Portugal, Slovakia, Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Sweden, Bulgaria, Ireland, and Romania. All orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Domestic orders are delivered within 1–2 business days; international orders within 3–8 business days depending on destination.
EU Right of Withdrawal (Online Orders Only) If you are an EU resident placing an online order, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason. To exercise this right, log in to your account, go to your orders, and use the cancellation or return request function — or contact us at daan@daansdrinks.com within 14 days of delivery, stating your order number and your intention to withdraw.
The right of withdrawal does not apply to:
- Opened or unsealed bottles (excluded for health and hygiene reasons)
- Perishable goods
Return shipping costs are at the customer's expense, unless the item was received damaged or incorrect. Please note this cost is your responsibility before completing your purchase. Refunds will be processed within 14 days of us receiving the returned goods, using the same payment method as the original purchase.
Unopened Online Orders — No Other Returns Outside of the EU right of withdrawal described above, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on online orders for unopened products unless the item was received damaged or incorrect.
In-Store Purchases All in-store sales are considered final. Returns and exchanges are not accepted for purchases made at our Utrecht store.
Order Issues If you received the wrong item or your order arrived damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery at daan@daansdrinks.com with your order number and a photo. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
