Nestled near the coast, the distillery benefits from a maritime climate that subtly shapes the whisky’s character. This blend, composed of 30% malted barley and 70% grain whisky, reflects a delicate balance of tradition and finesse.

Matured in ex-bourbon casks, Akashi Blended offers a rich aromatic profile with inviting notes of oak and vanilla on the nose. The palate reveals warm layers of wood spice and gentle sweetness, creating a whisky that is both nuanced and approachable.
