Evertom Cider | Belle Fleur

A dry, wild-fermented cider from Evertom, made with naturally occurring yeasts rather than added cultures, which gives it more depth and character than everyday cider.

Bottled at 8.3% ABV, it's dry and food-friendly, closer to a natural wine than a pub pint. Serve lightly chilled in a wine glass alongside cheese, pork or roast chicken.
