Jaanihanso Brut no. 12

Jaanihanso Brut No. 12 is a traditional-method sparkling cider from Kaelase in Estonia’s Pärnu County. Made with farm-pressed Estonian apples and wild yeast, it spends at least two years fermenting in the bottle.

Expect a golden colour, fine persistent bubbles and gentle apple-skin bitterness in the finish. Serve around 8 °C in a white wine glass alongside white meat in a creamy sauce.
