Redbreast 12 Year Potstill Whiskey

Redbreast 12 Year is a benchmark Irish single‑pot‑still whiskey matured for twelve years in a combination of bourbon and Oloroso sherry casks. Produced at the Midleton Distillery in County Cork, Ireland, it combines malted and unmalted barley, triple distillation in copper pot stills and careful cask‑selection for a rich, inviting result. 

On the nose you’ll find spicy‑fruit complexity with toasted wood, red berries, ripe orchard fruit and subtle nutty notes. The palate is smooth and full‑bodied: expect honeyed vanilla, dried fruits, ripe apple, toffee, warm oak spice and that signature Irish pot‑still creaminess. The finish is long, harmonious and gently spiced.
